First of all don’t worry since you knew it early its very easy to get rid of it
actually read carefully step by step

Day 1 – Once you’ve visited your doctor and determine how severe you hemorrhoids are, you can set up a treatment plan with your doctor. Buy the necessary items, such as gels, creams, suppositories, pain relievers, anti-inflammatory medicine, cushions, apple cider vinegar and fiber-rich foods or fiber supplements.

Day 2 – Make a schedule and include two to three 15-minute baths each day. If you’re using cream or gels, apply them after you’ve taken a bath. This would cleanse the affected area, reduce inflammation and promote faster healing. Starting today, you should also avoid caffeine, alcohol, nuts and spicy foods that could irritate the rectum and anus. You should also do whatever you can to avoid straining or putting pressure on the hemorrhoids – use a stool whenever you’re in the toilet and sit on a cushion every time you’re sitting down.

Day 3 – Incorporate fiber-rich foods into your diet and make sure to drink plenty of water. If you’re busy, you can just take fiber supplements to ensure your body receives the right amount every day. Take 15-minute warm baths twice or thrice today. Always apply the cream or gel on the affected area every time you wash up.

Day 4 – Repeat everything you did in Day 2 and Day 3. You’ll find that the pain, inflammation, itchiness and discomfort is slowly fading.

Day 5 – It’s more than likely that your hemorrhoids are about to fall off, but it’s better to be sure. Visit your doctor for a check up and ask further instructions.

Take some vitamin B-6 for about a week and it will go away, if it comes back take it for another week, maybe 50 mgs a day, or you can break up some vitamin B-50s and put them in a warm foot bath, your body will absorb what it needs. Also there is this stuff called Utter Balm, you can buy it at feed shops, and they swear you just put a little on it and it makes the hemmorrhoids dissapear, it was the main gossip line at the lake and everyone was telling everyone and seems like everyone had the same problem and they all got some and got rid of them…

Hemorrhoids may be internal or external. External hemorrhoids can be seen outside of your anus and are more exposed to pain. Hemorrhoids are swollen veins that can become ruptured and bleed. The first symptom of external hemorrhoids is blood on toilet paper or blood in the toilet bowl. It is recommended that you use moist, disposable, or flushable wipes you can buy at any store. If you have external hemorrhoids, bowl movements can be painful, so you need to prepare for extra cleaning. Moist wipes far exceed regular toilet paper as rubbing hemorrhoids are also painful.Internal hemorrhoids are less painful, but you need to use the same cleaning method as with external hemorrhoids. There is an OTC ointment named Banonal(spelling)that you can use. This product works best to keep the anus clean. I used this product years ago only for cleaning purposes.

If your hemorrhoids bleed, the blood can clot and you can have a small or large sack, for a better word,on the outside of your anus, and may need a doctor to examine you and decide how to remove it. If your regular doctor decides you need to visit a Gastroenterologist, this doctor can use a few thin tubes with light and camera called an anoscope. The procedure is called anoscopy. Additional tubes like the anoscope for viewing inside your rectum are available depending on the results from the anoscopy. Ways to lessen hard bowls is to increase your daily fiber and liquid intake. I eat Kellogg’s Bran Buds that supplies 50% of daily fiber. I often eat two bowls of Bran Buds during the day and have one or two bowel movements. You can also buy stool softners at the store.

If everything fails, your Gastroenterologist can perform a procedure to improve or remove a portion of the hemorrhoid that is causing the most pain.

Good luck.
