why do i get painful hemorrhoids every time I go to the bathroom?
I don’t sit for long periods of time, not pregnant, not overweight, dont push hard…so why do I get these? They are painful bumps (big ones) that are outside…how do I get rid of them?

You need to see a proctologist, s/he will either give you some lotion to use or, if the situation is severe as you say it is, might do a not too painful procedure of binding and tying the hemorrhoids and after awhile they simply "die" and fall. But it really has to be taken care and not neglect as it can cause infection and much more discomfort.
If you are constipated, or your stool is hard that may cause a flare up of hemorrhoids. I would suggest using an over the counter medication. There are creams, and pads which contain witch hazel that helps lessen the pain. Pick a method you are most comfortable with and try it. If they do not get better, you may need to see a Dr.’s advice.
Some people just get them. So even though it sucks, you didn’t do anything wrong- you just happened to get them. Only a doctor can make them disappear, but you can use creams to help the pain and burning.
buy some fiber and mix it with water or orange juice. drink it daily, it might help. makes it easier to go to the bathroom.

Heres some simple things that work, first buy a over the counter stool softener. This increases water into the colon softening your stool so it just…slips out. Next use some prep H cream on the external ones twice a day. Take warm baths and try to avoid standing for long periods of time. Using some moist pads to wipe will help also. If no better in a week, see your doctor.
