if its that big, it needs to be cauterized or surgically excised. This falls into the realm of what a surgeon can do for you if it is that big.
Hemorrhoids are large prolapsed veins, popping them is going to cause a bloody mess.
Go to the doctor. I don;t know if this is true but I heard the doctor can us the an elastic band around it and hemorrhoid shrivels up and falls off. Don’t do anything yourself as it can be really dangerous to "pop" it.
Well, don’t pop the sucker, unless you like blood and itching and possible (probable) infection.
Try the following…
Take 1 Tablespoon (heaping) of either Crisco shortening or Hydrocortisone Ointment/Cream, mix in 1 Teaspoon of powdered Alum (available in grocery store spice section).
Mix it as thoroughly as possible and then apply like an ointment to the "affected area".
(NOTE: YES, it will feel kinda slimey!)
If you apply a healthy amount before bed, the "hemorrhoid" will be significantly reduced by morning. Reapply as needed.
Unfortunately, once you have one of these delightful things, they are very tough to completely eliminate. Avoid prolonged "sitting" if you know what I mean, but don’t force anything out either.
OK, I will now move to a topic which is more pleasant…lol!
Good Luck!
Used to drive a semi truck and was on the road 6 days a week, had one so bad it thumped when my heart beat!!!it gave me a head ache from the pain, so I took a needle and a bic lighter in my cab and lanced it myself! right on rt 70 east of Cols.put about a half tube of neosporin on it and worked the rest of week. havent been bothered since! but the blood was a lot and it did itch for about a week!wore some bandages with neosporin on them for 3 days.

If I were you I would go to the doctor. I wouldn’t do anything yourself unless you know what your doing.
