Prevention is better than cure. You must clean your digestive system to avoid the risk of having constipation and therefore relieve hemorrhoid pain during bowel movement. Eat foods that are high in dietary fibers and drink lots of water. Always exercise. There are exercise out there even in you tube which are helpful for hemorrhoids. The best option to treat hemorrhoids is home treatment. You can also do sitz bath technique. Cheers
Hi, first of all i hope you get well . I had a personal experince on this situation and for me hemorrhoidectomy was very expensive so i choose the home remedies pathway and to be honest i failed at first since some product promise things that don’t do.
