How To Increase Fiber Intake To Help With Healing Hemorrhoids?
Increasing your fiber intake is one way to help ease the pain that you experience from hemorrhoids. There’s plenty of fiber rich foods that you can incorporate in your diet. At least 4.5 cups of fruits and vegetables are required each day to fulfill our fiber needs.

We strongly recommend that you stay away from diuretics like coffee, tea and cola as these can harden the stools. Spicy and salty foods should also be avoided.
