Don’t pop it if you don’t want to risk an infection. You probably should see a physician. Treatment is usually surgical removal, but there are many other methods.

I’m answering this for other people’s benefits. Your question can be misleading to people who dont’ know. You should be more considerate.
You do not pop them, they are blood filled and you can do a lot of damage and get an infection if you try to do any of what you wrote, even if you wrote it as a stupid joke.
Sometimes they open on their own and you see blood, don’t worry. Just get the area clean afterwards.

Yeah don’t pop it… see a Dr, or treat at home with sitting in warm bath and using over-the-counter ointments.
