Hemorrhoids Treatment – New Products Introduced

Having a wide range of products to select from is always good for consumers like us especially if we are dealing with hemorrhoids. You are probably familiar with over-the-counter drugs such as hemorrhoid creams, suppositories and the likes. Recently, a couple of companies have announced some new products that will help you treat hemorrhoids.

CONMED Endoscopic Technologies launched the Auto-Band Ligator which is used to band hemorrhoids. This procedure is meant to be an alternative to a surgical procedure. The Auto-Band Ligator controls the positioning and deploys only one band at a time.

China Sky One Medical, Inc. has announced several products that are currently in clinical trials. Among the 26 drugs that they have developed, two are related with treating hemorrhoids. The two products are hemorrhoids gel and hemorrhoids liquids. No detailed information yet but they have specified that these two products are for external use.

“We are excited about the potential for our new drugs currently in clinical trials and we believe that our advanced R&D capabilities will continue to help us expand our market share,” said Mr. Yan-Qing Liu, Chairman,CEO and President of China Sky One Medical.

These products would surely benefit people suffering from hemorrhoids. The Auto-Band Ligator will give you an alternative to surgery which I’m sure you want to avoid at all costs.
