Most women get hemorrhoids during pregnancy. This is due to higher pressure put on the veins in the rectal area (the baby, as additional weight that the woman body has to carry, is pressing on the lower part, causing back pain as well as hemorrhoids.
Fiber rich diet – vegetables and fluid – can help with it. However, if you still get hemorrhoids I suggest you use Rue Care Oil at the first sign of hemorrhoids. It not only shrink the hemorrhoids, but also strengthen the veins (make the veins stronger) and so prevent hemorrhoids from returning.

You question is writen in a very confusing way. A lot, nearly all, preganant women get hemoriods.
The only way to avoid them or lessen them is fibre, fluids and regular excercise. Try not to strain when having a bowel movement. Sit and read a magazine and let it come naturally. Straining causes the blood vessels, like varicous veins in your anus, to swell and bleed and/or exit the anus.
Try a hemoriod cream if you do get them to prevent then getting too bad or sore.
You can get them fixed by surgery. But they like to wait intil you have no more children to come along as it is a waste of time and pain for you as you will get them again. Tell your friends to get their’s checked out if they are bothering them.
