Hemorrhoid question, should I avoid certain things?
So I have a hemorrhoid, and I also have a flag football game today. Should I not play for any reason? Will running around and falling down and such irritate or worsen my situation?

You should be ok dude. It will irritate it a little. But only you know the exact discomfort you feel, and whether you can tough it out through the game. Head to your local pharmacy before your game and check out what they have. And don’t be embarrassed to ask the pharmacist! They can tell you the best thing for it… Preparation H, Tucks, whatever. Just ask them what the most effective one is. If you’re too embarrassed to ask for you, lie and tell ‘em its for your pregnant wife. It works! Haha!
If your hemorrhoid is huge and painful to the point where you don’t WANT to do anything else, I’d say listen to your body.
On the other hand, if you’re normally ok and feel fine, then the levels of exercise involved in a flag football game are likely to increase your circulation, which can only do your hemorrhoid good.

ola! Well before giving a try anything else you might want to look for alternative teraphy of hemorrhoids. some teraphy are really uncomfortable not to mention very painful and embarrasing. Some also can damage the skin. my sister have the same sickness as you and venapro solve the problem. visit the website http://curehemorrhoids.tk/ to know your alternatives. it has some information and current news about hemorrhoids there. but whatever you decide, you should do it as soon as possible. anyways as the old saying goes, an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of a cure. Prevention of hemorrhoids includes drinking more fluids, eating more dietary fiber (such as fruits, vegetables and cereals high in fiber), exercising, practicing better posture, and reducing bowel movement strain and time. Wearing tight clothing and underwear may also contribute to irritation and poor muscle tone in the region and promote hemorrhoid development. goodluck
